The following three-guarantee services may be provided for the failure of the product caused by damaged not by man-made factors during the warranty period:
1）In 7 days from the date of purchase, if problems of the quality of the product appear, the consumer may choose to replace it for free by the same type of product,
or return the product according to the original price of the invoice;
2）In 15 days from the date of purchase, if problems with the quality of the product appear, the consumer can choose to replace it with the same type of product;
3）In 12 months from the date of purchase, if problems with the quality of the product appear, the consumer can enjoy the warranty service.
Special tips: For the product sold in batches, three-guarantee policy should be subject to specific contract agreement!
1）No "three-guarantee vouchers" or effective purchase invoices;
2）Exceed the "three packages" service period;
3）Cases of man-made damage to equipment, such as fall, collision, and break, etc;
4）Damage caused by the use of this equipment without following safety instructions;
5）Damage to products caused by other factors of Force Majeure;
6）Damage to products caused by self-disassembling, maintenance, and disposal of equipment;
7）Normal wear and tear during the period of using the product.
